Great breakfast, location and cleanliness!
During our city trip, we stayed in a budget hotel that had a delicious breakfast! The hotel was in a key location that made it easy to travel around the city. What's more, the rooms were immaculately clean which made our stay more comfortable.
Limited amenities and lack of customer service. The customer service was also inadequate, as they could not offer detailed bills and provide the right information during our stay.

Breakfast is rather nice, especially given the relatively cheap prices for the rooms.
There is no wifi connection. The staff lied to me repeatedly telling me there were 3 networks to choose from: the only one detectable is the network from the bank in front of the hotel, but it is not freely available. Also, most staff members can barely speak English.

'Basic' is ok. We expected basic necessities, but with some cleanliness. The rooms were smelly and unclean. I was afraid to touch anything. The walls were thick with grime. The whole hotel needs renovating so that they can start again with a clean slate.

This hotel is located right in the center of this city, making it easy to walk to the station or the riverside. Additionally, the cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

This budget hotel is located in the heart of the city close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, perfect for exploring. the rooms are clean and tidy, with spacious bathrooms and good showers. the breakfast is simple but sufficient and includes gluten-free options. the staff is friendly and some speak good English, making communication easy.
The hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms, making it uncomfortable during warm weather.

Nice clean room, central location, good breakfast.
No lift, difficult to get to 3rd floor with child and buggy.

The hotel is near shopping center, breakfast was good, all types of food, but no warm food. Bathroom is small and not cleaned proper!! Also everything in room was old. But only the location was perfect.

Stayed here during Christmas and it was great! the location was perfect, within walking distance to all kinds of shops and restaurants. the room was comfortable and well-maintained. the wifi was free and fast, which was much appreciated. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options.
The bathroom could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a huge issue. the lack of elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to the room.

Good location close to the ferry terminal and station. Although the reception was not open when we arrived about midnight, they arranged for us to pick up the keys from a nearby hotel and all went smoothly.

The location was great and there was decent heating. The foyer was really nice.
It is called basic for a reason and the staff didn't understand enough english.

The young man at the reception 10/9-11/9 was very helpful and friendly. We wanted to change the payment method but since I don´t speak German, only English, he didn´t understand. I think he would be a much better receptionist if your hotel chain sent him to a an English language course. To be honest, I had thought of writing to you before I recieved this email. The young man tried to understand but the request was too detailed.. David Thayer, åbyhøj, Denmark
